Returning Hand-Built EPIC Wheels

EPIC wheelsets are hand built specifically to order. Because each set is assembled especially for you, these products fall under custom-made items.

Therefore, the following applies to EPIC wheels:

Returns are only possible in cases of manufacturing defects, transport damage, or if we made a mistake.

If there is an issue, always contact us immediately. We will work with you to find the best solution: repair, replacement, or, if necessary, a refund.

Received a defective or incorrect product

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Contact us within 7 days via contact@ATNMY.amsterdam and include photos if possible. We will provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days, using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
