Thank you for choosing our high quality road and gravel wheelsets. We stand for performance, design and quality, so every ride becomes an EPIC experience.
To keep everything clear and transparent, you will find our terms and conditions below.

Article 1 – Definitions

1.1 EPIC Wheels:
The company offering road and gravel wheels, wheelsets, components, accessories and related services.

1.2 Customer:
You – the person or organisation entering into an agreement with EPIC Wheels.

1.3 Agreement:
The arrangement between EPIC Wheels and you regarding the delivery of a wheelset, component, accessory or related service.

1.4 Product:
The wheels, components, accessories or other items supplied by EPIC Wheels.

Article 2 – Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and deliveries by EPIC Wheels.
2.2 Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
2.3 In unclear situations or in cases not covered, the intent and spirit of these terms will apply.

Article 3 – Quotations and Agreements

3.1 All quotations are without obligation unless otherwise stated.
3.2 An agreement is concluded once you accept our quotation, whether in writing, by email or verbally.
3.3 Descriptions and pricing are prepared with care. Obvious mistakes or typing errors are not binding.
3.4 Images serve as indications; colours and details may differ in reality.
3.5 EPIC Wheels reserves the right to adjust specifications if required for quality or safety.
3.6 A combined price offer does not oblige EPIC Wheels to supply parts individually at a partial price.
3.7 Offers are valid while stock lasts.

Article 4 – Deposit and Payment

4.1 For custom built wheelsets ordered in our store, a 50 percent deposit is required when entering into the agreement.
4.2 The remaining amount is paid upon delivery unless agreed otherwise.
4.3 Late payment may result in statutory interest charges and suspension of delivery.
4.4 For custom built wheelsets purchased through our webshop, the full amount is paid at the time of the online order.

Article 5 – Delivery and Lead Time

5.1 We do everything possible to deliver your wheels within the agreed time frame.
5.2 Delivery times are indicative; unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
5.3 Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Article 6 – Warranty and Complaints

6.1 EPIC Wheels provides a two year warranty on material and manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Warranty expires in case of misuse, improper handling or modifications without our approval.
6.3 Complaints must be reported within 14 days of discovery so we can resolve the issue together.
6.4 We handle complaints carefully and in accordance with applicable legislation.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Because our wheelsets are often custom built or customised, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
7.2 If you cancel before production starts, costs may be charged.

Article 8 – Liability

8.1 EPIC Wheels is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence.
8.2 Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8.3 We are not liable for indirect damage such as consequential loss or lost profits.
8.4 The customer indemnifies EPIC Wheels against claims from third parties related to the execution of the agreement.

Article 9 – Retention of Ownership

9.1 All delivered wheels remain the property of EPIC Wheels until full payment has been made.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes

10.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
10.3 The Dutch version of these terms is decisive. EPIC Wheels reserves the right to amend these terms and will communicate such changes in time.

Article 11 – Force Majeure

11.1 In situations of force majeure, EPIC Wheels is not obliged to fulfil its obligations.
11.2 Force majeure includes, among others: supplier issues, natural disasters, war, strikes, transport or internet disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
11.3 EPIC Wheels may invoke force majeure even if the situation arises after the agreement has been formed.
11.4 If force majeure lasts longer than two months, either party may dissolve the agreement without compensation.
11.5 If part of the delivery has already been completed, this part may be invoiced separately.

Article 12 – Privacy and Intellectual Property

12.1 All intellectual property rights remain with EPIC Wheels.
12.2 We handle personal data carefully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12.3 Please consult our privacy statement for more information on how we process your data.

Article 13 – Complaints

13.1 If you are dissatisfied with our wheels or service, notify us via contact@ATNMY.amsterdam (subject: Complaint).
13.2 Describe your complaint clearly so we can handle it properly.
13.3 We will respond within 14 days with a substantive reply.
13.4 We aim to resolve every issue together.

Article 14 – Final Provisions

14.1 If part of these conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
14.2 EPIC Wheels reserves the right to amend these terms and will notify customers in advance.
