Shipping & Delivery Time

Every set of EPIC wheels is hand built exclusively for you, starting the moment you place your order. This ensures maximum quality, precision and finish.

Delivery time for hand-built wheelsets:

approx. 1 business week. Once the wheels have been built and inspected, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking code.

Stock products

Products that are in stock are shipped within 1–2 business days.
If you order multiple items at once, we will ship the full order together as soon as everything is ready, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs

Netherlands: fixed shipping rate or free shipping on orders above €54.99.
EU: rates are calculated automatically during checkout.

Pickup in Amsterdam

You can also pick up your order in our store/workshop in Amsterdam. You will receive a notification as soon as everything is ready for collection.
